Moving Consultants can guarantee their estimates when they have all of the necessary information to do so. For this reason, full disclosure is required. Please point out everything that needs to be moved and any items that you may be giving away and/or selling. Please inform your Moving Consultant of any access issues at destination.
Pricing is an all-inclusive guaranteed Flat Fees as described in the order of service. However, we reserve the right to add additional cost to your move if deemed necessary by an unforeseen increase in inventory that was not mentioned by you on the day that we did the site inspection/ information sent to us.

An estimate consultation takes approximately less than an hour to complete.
Our normal process would be to visit you in your current home and complete a visual survey of the items you want to fix. This will allow us to provide an accurate quotation. But in some urgent cases, we do provide quote on the phone itself.
You should schedule your move as soon as you have determined a firm dates so that we can secure the slot.
You should ask the Building Administrator / Property Owner. As some properties don’t allow movers to operate during Friday. You should prepare Moving Permission for both locations [Current and New Place] before moving date.
We do offer moving guides and checklists. Copies of these can be obtained through your Moving Consultant.
Yes, we do provide complete packing services. On pack day, our packing crew will use professional packing materials such as clean, recyclable paper, bubble wraps, boxes and specialized cartons to ensure your belongings are well protected.
Our timing is from 9:00AM to 18:00. However many factors affect the length of time it takes for a shipment to travel from origin to destination, including distance, road conditions etc. Please allow for extra time and be flexible when planning your move.
Yes. It is recommended that you pack only unbreakable items, such as linens and books. We do provide boxes/ packing materials ahead of time once customer agreed with our quotation [Within Dubai].
Remember, all owner packed items travel at the owner's risk. Professional packing is the best way to safeguard against breakage.
For safe transportation the contents of drawers, chests, dressers, trunks etc., should be packed into cartons. We only provide maximum of 5 Hanger Boxes for your clothes.
Our packing crew will disassemble and reassemble your large furniture items such as bed frames, desks etc. Smaller items such as dressers, night tables, etc. do not need to be disassembled.
Any items that are not packed into cartons will be wrapped in quilted furniture pads to ensure that they are protected.
Your furniture will be wrapped in clean, quilted moving pads for extra protection. All upholstered items such as sofas and chairs will be wrapped in plastic for extra protection before the quilted pads are put on.
We will use trolleys to load and unload your stuff.
Your plants can be moved. However, we do not accept liability for plants damaged by frost, poor packing or adverse conditions. Plants are shipped at your own risk.
We will not transport nor responsible to clients live animals.
Pets and hazardous (including, but not limited to chemicals, paint, fuel, firearms and ammunition).
Our crew will do uninstallation and installation of Fridge, Washing machine and stove. It is your responsibility to clean out the said appliances prior to servicing and to ensure all appliances are completely emptied.
When your stuff is delivered, they will be placed in the appropriate rooms of the home so that they are readily available for the owner's use.
All items in your home will be inventoried on load day. Each item is numbered and a brief description of the condition of the item is listed on an inventory of articles shipped.
It is recommended that you are present for all phases of the move. If you cannot be present during each step of the move you will need to sign off on who will responsible for overseeing each phase of the move.
It is your responsibility to clean your home for moving day. The movers will only remove any debris left from their packing material before they leave.
Upon arrival at destination, the Driver will provide you with an Inventory Listing called a Moving Report. The crew will call out the item number as they bring an item into the house. It is your responsibility to check off the item on the Moving Report to ensure everything is accounted for. Any loss or damage should be noted on the Driver's copy of the Inventory Listing in the section called Exceptions on Delivery.
Payment must be made in full per the payment method specified when the job is completed. Driver will collect payment at the final destination.Our preferred methods are cash and online transfer; however, we gladly accept personal check.
